Privacy Policy
This page explains what information we collect when you get in touch, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We've kept it short and in plain language.
What we collect
We only collect the details you choose to send us through our contact form: your name, email address, company or organisation (optional), and your message. You can also tell us what you're interested in, so we know how best to help.
We don't ask for anything we don't need, and we don't collect personal information about you in any other way.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one reason only: to read your message and reply to your enquiry. We don't use them for marketing, and we don't sell them or pass them on to anyone for unrelated purposes.
Who handles your information
When you send the form, it's delivered to us through Web3Forms, a third-party service that simply passes your message along. From there it lands directly in our own inbox, where we read it ourselves.
To understand how visitors use the site, we run our own privacy-friendly analytics (Umami) on our own infrastructure. Your data isn't handed to a third-party analytics company, and the analytics work without cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your message only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry, and no longer than necessary.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Just let us know and we'll take care of it.
Getting in touch about your data
To make any of these requests, or if you have a question about how we handle your information, please get in touch with us by email — we'll be glad to help.
Cookies
Because our analytics work without cookies, we don't place any non-essential cookies on your device. That's also why you won't see a cookie banner on this site.
Let's talk about your project
Whether you're shaping a proposal or looking for a consortium partner, we're glad to talk it through.
